We offer refunds & returns in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and on the terms set out in this Returns and Refunds Policy.
We offer a 10 day return, meaning you have 10 days from date of delivery to request a Return / Refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unused with no marks and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt to provide proof of purchase. Returns will be at the expense of the customer.
To be eligible for a refund, please inspect your items upon delivery and if it looks damaged or defective upon arrival contact us immediately at support@literarycollectors.com.au and provide photos of the package so we may evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Refunds that are approved will be refunded on your original payment method. Please note that this make take some time for the process to be completed.
