Shipping Policy
All our orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving the confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates
Our website has partnered with Australia post that automatically calculates the shipping for your order which will be displayed at checkout.
What countries do you ship to?
Currently we are only shipping to Australia and New Zealand.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
With the current strain on our postage systems, please allow some extra time for updates.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of delivery date please contact us at support@literarycollectors.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into this for you.
